After he started from the sixth row of the grid, Red Bull KTM Tech3‘s Marco Bezzecchi lost some positions on the initial laps of the Thai GP, but was back fighting at half time of the race and made up one position by another. With three laps to go he reached the top 10 and delivered a fantastic fight to eventually see the chequered flag in P10, which equals his best result this season.

With a masterful Qualifying one session, Red Bull KTM Tech3’s Marco Bezzecchi managed to secure himself a place for Q2 yet again, although the slightly changing weather played a major role on Saturday at the Chang International Circuit. With some spots of rain on track shortly before the decisive session, the Italian Moto2 rookie emerged 17th, missing out on the pole position by 0.782 seconds.

Red Bull KTM Tech3 rider Marco Bezzecchi concludes day one at the hot and humid Chang International Circuit today with a fast pace. In Free Practice 2, he managed to finish just 0.385 seconds from the top to conquer a provisional Q2 entry with P13.
