With the 2020 season, Red Bull KTM Tech3 will break fresh ground. The French squad is set to leave the Moto2 category in order to initiate a brand-new beginning in the Moto3 World Championship class. Thereby, Red Bull KTM Tech3 is very proud to announce a two-rider line-up with great support of Red Bull and KTM and is fully committed to enter a different challenge, aiming to discover this super competitive class. 

The Red Bull KTM Tech3 duo of Philipp Öttl and Marco Bezzecchi had an interesting day of testing today, following a rather difficult race at the Red Bull Ring.

Following a shiny Warm Up where Red Bull KTM Tech3‘s Philipp Öttl topped the Moto2 field with using slicks on a drying track, the German rookie had a difficult start to the 11th race of the season, but made up some positions during the 25 laps to finally cross the line in P22.

Marco Bezzecchi and Philipp Öttl concluded Qualifying one at the Red Bull Ring in P11 and P12. Both were able to break the 1:30 minute barrier already in FP3 this morning,

The Red Bull KTM Tech3 duo of Marco Bezzecchi and Philipp Öttl initiated the home Grand Prix for Red Bull and KTM in a decent way. While the Italian Moto2 newcomer concluded the day only 1.034 seconds off the top, the German intermediate class rookie finished just 0.374 seconds behind his teammate
